Using Tech to Change the Shopping Experience
In putting together a mobile strategy, Rightpoint identified features for the Bloomingdale's Application that were both practical and fantastical. The Bloomingdale’s App included shopping lists, store directories and even augmented reality views for holiday window displays.

Outcomes

The Bloomingdale’s App shows floor maps that are searchable down to department and brand name. Bloomingdale's store customers can also find a list of store restaurants, menus and hours, as well as store-wide offers and events.
