Business Process & Systems Review - Rightpoint performed a deep Business Process Review of Degroot’s operations, analyzing ways to make them more efficient through the new solution.
Lightning Components - Degroot’s initial build of Salesforce used the lightning experience and custom lightning components to surface data and enhance the user experience. Rightpoint made these components even more robust by creating new interfaces, input points and data flows.
The successful deployment of the new interfaces resulted in decreased call time and increased efficiency for all agents at Degroot Logistics. With these new tools, the Degroot team is able to collect data in ways that they hadn’t before. The new analysis tools that were implemented allow the team to make better and faster business decisions.
