Starting with a Strategy
Sponsors of the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics, TYR sought out the Rightpoint Commerce team to enhance the UX, select an enterprise level e-Commerce platform, and increase site stability, security and speed. Additionally, devising a mobile commerce strategy was of the utmost importance for the brand ahead of the summer games.
Our work began with a specific focus on delivering a core platform. Consolidating e-Commerce infrastructure required understanding of the product roadmap and e-Commerce lifecycle for the brand, their needs, and their customers.
Once TYR had selected Adobe Commerce, we set to work at Rightpoint to create store experiences that prioritize site speed, discovery, shopability, usability, navigation, and quick purchasing. By utilizing the ecosystem of solutions found in the Adobe Commerce community, we were able to deliver the project on time, and on budget, ahead of the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic games.
