As a result, the Care.com App is now intuitive to use and engaging, which lead to more meaningful connections and caregivers. Rather than go offline, users found comfort in connecting in a whole new way.
The new Care.com App by Rightpoint earned a 4.5 star rating—a remarkable improvement over the 1.5 rating for the previous version. The new Care.com App also brought more transactions between parties onto the Care.com platform, increasing revenue.
