Starting with a Strategy

LGI Homes operated two brand websites—LGIHomes.com and TerrataHomes.com—on legacy Sitecore XP infrastructure, which presented several limitations:

  • High operational and maintenance costs

  • Inability to scale or adopt modern, headless architecture

  • Limited personalization and slow content delivery

  • Disconnected online and offline customer experiences

Rightpoint helped LGI Homes transition to Sitecore XM Cloud, implementing a modern, headless architecture powered by:

  • Sitecore Search was implemented to replace a legacy enterprise search platform, enabling location-based search functionality for improved customer experience.

  • Sitecore Content Hub DAM was integrated with XM Cloud, enhancing content reuse and streamlining workflows.

  • Sitecore Send, CDP, and Personalize for real-time, tailored engagement.

  • Sitecore Connect was used to establish a seamless synchronization mechanism between LGI Homes’ homegrown proprietary CRM and various Sitecore products for efficient content and lead management.

  • Vercel for lightning-fast front-end hosting.
