As we ring in 2019, I am thrilled to announce that Raizlabs is now fully integrated into Rightpoint. The November 2017 acquisition of Raizlabs allowed us to become stronger than ever as an independent customer experience agency. Now fully integrated, the agency is made up of over 400 challengers and intrapreneurs that create impactful digital experiences driven by insight, strategy, design, and technology.
The full integration of Raizlabs into Rightpoint is unique, as it creates the only service provider to combine top creative and technology talent with the strengths of a digital consultancy, systems integrator and digital product development company. Ultimately, we’ve combined the strength of customer experience talent with deep roots in mobile innovation and emerging technology. The integration of emerging mobile technologies, including artificial intelligence, virtual reality and voice has changed the way we approach client work.
We’ve had some amazing achievements since the acquisition in November 2017, starting with nine employees receiving the Most Valuable Professional Award by Sitecore in February and then Rightpoint was named an Episerver North American Strategic Partner of the Year shortly after. Since then, we’ve only continued to gain momentum. In July, we were certified as a Google Developer Agency for the third year in a row, increasing our ability to deliver the best mobile experiences to meet customer needs.
We didn’t stop there. Rightpoint continued to gain recognition for integrating emerging technology and our ability to turn thoughtful solutions into apps that make an impact. In November, Rightpoint earned a Gold MarCom Award for the transformative work and mobile innovation on Pelotonia’s PULLL app. The agency also earned accolades for the ability to reimage web design to redefine donor relationships and create digital engagement for Children International that resulted in a 2018 Webby Award.
Recognition for technological solutions aside, the addition of the Raizlabs team has boosted the innovative spirit of our company and culture. In fact, Jenn Dillon, Director of Operations in Engineering in the Boston office, was recognized with a Silver Stevie Award for Employee of the Year in the Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations category. Committed to creating a people-first workplace, Jenn has implemented new methodologies and encouraged the team to put themselves physically in the heart of the user and client worlds. Jenn’s accomplishments have made her a pivotal contributor transforming the way Rightpoint approaches mobile business development and daily engineering operations.
We’re looking forward to a successful 2019, where we will continue to create impactful digital experiences that help our clients succeed at the speed of innovation. We firmly believe that every company, regardless of their industry, is either a technology company today, or will need to reinvent themselves to become one. From healthcare to financial services to manufacturing – all industries are being disrupted by new breakthroughs in technology, design and innovation. Organizations today that think, act and operate like a tech company are the ones that will ultimately survive (or thrive) in their market.
With a unique balance of technology and creativity, we are building the agency of the future, today. We recently put together a 90 second reel that shares some of the great successes our clients have had this past year in their journeys to transform digitally. We’ve truly enjoyed working with each of these great brands to help them in their transformation to become a digital company.
