Sitecore Symposium Features Talks from Rightpoint Experts

WHO: Sitecore is a customer experience management company providing web content management and multichannel marketing automation software. Rightpoint, an independent customer experience agency with technology at its core, will be speaking and exhibiting at the event on topics such as igniting your customer experience and understanding digital strategy from a marketer’s POV.

On Tuesday, October 9, the Sr. Director for Commerce at Rightpoint, Thomas John, and VP of Commerce, Dale Traxler, will take the stage from 11:45am-12:30pm to speak on igniting your commerce experience. With ever-changing customer demographics, today’s retailers, global brand manufacturers and distributors find themselves struggling to not only keep their customers engaged, but to provide a contextually smart shopping experience. In this session, they will show attendees how to create a streamlined customer experience and how to mitigate common issues. In addition, they will talk about their own view on the future of commerce and the role of Sitecore Experience Commerce within it.

On Wednesday, October 10, Rightpoint experts Brandon Rozelle and Gabriel Bridger take the stage from 3:00-3:45pm to discuss understanding digital strategy from a marketer’s POV. The concept "being digital" can mean many things. That's also true of "digital strategy." Even in today's post-digital world, far too many companies struggle to develop and implement effective digital strategies. In fact, research shows that upwards of 75% of the companies surveyed have no digital strategy in place. In this session, we'll explore the what, why, and how of digital strategy from the marketer's point of view.
