This year Rightpoint has entered some great proposals, including the battle between creativity and conformity and why brand will win above all. We’re also tackling a topic near and dear to our hearts. We’re calling it the “new swagger" - how expanding the agency persona will lead to more innovative thinking.

We’ll debate how agencies must embrace individual voices and hire with intention to help them innovate faster and keep up with the industry’s changes. We’ll talk about how to counteract the sea of sameness brought on by millions of dollars spent on identical technology platforms and experiences, at the expense of creativity. Lastly, we’ll show that in order to create fully connected experience, agencies need to think beyond a product’s lifecycle and transform their delivery arm to provide clients with the support they need.
