In the past whenever a user asked me for a new library I would start with my no folder speech. I would explain the benefits of metadata over folders and try to break them of their folder habits. Then we would spend time figuring out the metadata for the library and I would hand over the library. But withing month or I would be asked to take a look at the structure of the library because they want to change how the documents are viewed. Opening the library what would i find... folders and lots of them. Worse than the folders most of the documents had not been tagged.
