CHICAGO, IL – November 2, 2020 – Global experience leader Rightpoint, a Genpact company, has been awarded a Top Workplace 2020 honor by The Chicago Tribune. This marks the sixth year Rightpoint’s Chicago office and team has been recognized for workplace culture. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.
“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization. The Top Workplaces program can be that positive outcome your company can rally around in the coming months to celebrate leadership and the importance of maintaining an employee-focused culture, even during challenging times.”
Since its inception, Rightpoint has fostered a culture that respects and supports diverse people and ideas. Recent employee initiatives include launching a Team Member Spotlight and supporting employee resource groups such as [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] Rightpoint was named a winner of the Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces Award in 2019 as well, ranking #36.
With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Rightpoint’s Chicago office doubled down on ways to promote remote innovation and collaboration, including virtual dev breakfasts, long-form presentations on specific technologies and solutions, such as content management, eCommerce and mobile app testing, bi-weekly Great Work Wednesdays and product mania showcases that display work across design and technology, such as the business motivations behind the creation of a particular product. Additionally, the Chicago team has created time for employees to meet one-on-one with discipline leaders who nurture the study of specific technologies, platforms and frameworks.
“We are incredibly honored to be included on this year’s Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces list,” said Andy Schultz, SVP and Managing Director, Midwest and Southeast of Rightpoint. “We’re committed to creating a positive environment where team members are free to seek innovation and challenge the status quo — values that are even more important in today’s remote work culture.”
Headquartered in Chicago, Rightpoint has over 800 team members across 12 offices worldwide focused on doing impactful work and driving meaningful outcomes for clients. Genpact recently announced the expansion of Rightpoint with the acquisition of Something Digital, an ecommerce agency specializing in website design, digital marketing and user experience.
