Agency expands national leadership to create solutions in commerce, enterprise and design to transform the way clients do business
CHICAGO – October 2, 2017 – Rightpoint, an independent customer experience agency, announces the addition of four new senior leaders to expand offerings in strategy, design and development to strengthen its customer experience solutions and evolve its clients’ businesses.
The newest additions to Rightpoint’s team strengthen the agency’s creative team, in addition to its enterprise solutions, retail and commerce practice areas. The new leads enhance Rightpoint’s commitment to expanding its offerings and strengthening its national reach by attracting top talent.
Rightpoint’s newest leads include:
- Michael Tiedemann, as Group Creative Director, based in the Boston office. Michael joins Rightpoint from Agency 451, and will provide full-service creative and strategic ideation to new and existing clients in the East Coast region.
- Rich Wood, as Senior Director of Rightpoint’s cloud and enterprise applications, based in the Chicago office. Focused on transforming customer experience and employee productivity, previously Rich was National Director of Digital Platforms and Strategy at Perficient.
- Thomas John, Senior Director and Commerce practice lead, based in the Dallas office. He joins from experiential commerce agency SMITH, and brings to Rightpoint his skills in development and management, as well as extensive experience in planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of enterprise applications.
- Brian Browning, as Vice President of digital experience solutions practice, based in the Boston office. An industry-recognized thought leader, author and speaker, Brian joins from web consulting firm Ameex Technologies, where he worked with clients including Microsoft, GE, Walmart and T. Rowe Price.
