Rightpoint strengthens national footprint, expands leadership team with strategic hires and promotions across solution areas
20% expected increase in 2017 hiring underscores decade of growth
CHICAGO – May 15, 2017 – Rightpoint, a leading national customer experience agency, has announced strategic hires and promotions that will broaden its leadership to meet clients’ needs. The new and expanded roles come on the heels of the agency’s 10-year anniversary, and underscore its accelerated growth strategy.
Rightpoint has tapped digital agency veterans and distinguished experts to fill critical roles in marketing, design, content, technology and operations including:
- Hired as Vice President of Marketing, Christiana Henry has been tapped to expand Rightpoint’s business through its national brand presence. A digital agency veteran, Henry recently relocated to the agency’s Chicago headquarters from San Diego, where she was named a 2016 finalist for San Diego Business Journal's "Women Who Mean Business." Most recently, Henry served as Vice President of Marketing for Mirum.
- Micah Swigert has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the agency’s Chicago headquarters. A six-year Rightpoint veteran, Swigert has played an instrumental role in the development and growth of five national business areas focused on delivering digital solutions that enhance the customer experience. In his new role, Swigert will be responsible for all aspects of growing the Chicago office.
Rightpoint also continues to elevate its creative and technical capabilities to meet rising regional demand with key hires including Logan Moore, who joins from Critical Mass as the regional Director of Content Strategy, based in Chicago. In addition, Sergio Ortiz has joined from SOMO Imagineers as Creative Director in Dallas, and Chirag Patel has joined from Avanade as Senior Solutions Architect in Los Angeles.
