CHICAGO – November 15, 2016 –  Rightpoint, a leading national digital agency, has been recognized as one of the area’s most dynamic and supportive local businesses by the Chicago Tribune in its special “Top Workplaces 2016” issue. Rightpoint was honored with all of this year’s winners during the Top Workplaces 2016 event, held at Solider Field’s exclusive United Club on Thursday, Nov. 10.

This is the third consecutive year that Rightpoint has been named to the Top Workplaces list. In addition, Rightpoint co-founder Brad Schneider and Director of People Potential, Vaiva Vaisnys, provided commentary for a accompanying Tribune article about the importance of employee retention.

“We are continually working to provide strategic staffing opportunities for our team members to build their skills and leadership opportunities that will help build their careers,” said Rightpoint Co-founder Brad Schneider. “The key for us lies in balancing our rapid growth and expansion while evolving the company and culture in a manner that makes Rightpoint a place where people want to grow their careers.”

Rightpoint joined fellow honorees and more than 700 C-level Chicago executives at the high-profile Top Workplaces 2016 awards ceremony, now in its seventh year. Companies were selected by employee surveys conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, that measured such key qualities as company leadership, communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits.

“Each year, the Chicago Tribune is proud to recognize the companies that are making a real difference in the lives of their employees,” said Publisher and Editor-in-Chief Bruce Dold, who served as the host of the Top Workplaces 2016 event. “This year’s lineup of progressive-minded businesses reflects those qualities that truly make Chicago the City That Works.”

This recognition reflects Rightpoint’s consistent and rapid growth since it was founded in 2007, including its acquisition of Boston-based Agency Oasis in April, which expanded its presence into six new U.S. markets including Boston, Los Angeles, Atlanta, New York and San Francisco, and established it as a leading national digital agency.
