A leader focused on people as well as creative, concentrating on the growth of the organization and the individuals within the Strategy & Design group, while leading design teams through complex experience projects. Tim is devoted to support the career growth of his teams through direct project experience, training, mentorship and collaboration. In his nearly two decades of industry experience and leadership, it’s a responsibility he has embraced and was most likely born to do. Tim is also responsible for the operational health of the group through staffing leadership, financial management, and working with the People Potential team to develop systems that support the overall evolution of the group.
Before joining Rightpoint, Tim worked in advertising and branding where he led talented creative teams to develop campaigns and identity evolution to support and build brands such as Harley Davidson, Bosch Automotive, Boyd Gaming, Oster, and Blaupunkt working through the ranks from Designer to Creative Director.
Tim is the person that makes time to ensure you have his full attention to provide guidance, solutions, or just a good laugh. Accountability, trust, and teamwork are the cornerstones of his “get it done” work ethic, which has built relationships that stand up no matter what the situation.
