Tim brings over 20 years of enterprise software and consulting experience, including CRM, sales enablement, and customer/field service to Rightpoint. As a Solution Lead, Tim is responsible for defining Rightpoint’s services and solutions for sales, customer service, and field service teams, by leveraging strategy, user experience, design, change enablement, and Salesforce delivery practices.
Over the course of his career, Tim has worked with some of the world’s most iconic brands across a wide variety of industries, particularly in professional services, including financial services, insurance, consulting, account, construction, and legal. Prior to joining Rightpoint, Tim was the Chief Strategy Officer for a custom software development firm and ran both CRM consulting and software product strategy roles at LexisNexis.
Leveraging his practical experience in sales, sales management, pre-sales, and predictive analytics, Tim is passionate about delivering thought leadership and vision for the digital assistant. Tim is an expert in sales process and methodology - including Sandler, Miller Heiman, Challenger Sales, and Solution Selling, and has also developed client partner/strategic account management programs in his past roles. He believes this is the paradigm from which to create game-changing customer relationship and service technology solutions for his clients. Tim is an ambassador for innovation and Rightpoint’s intrapreneurship.
