Her comfort lies in running high touch, complex, global engagements with a multi-disciplinary team.

At Rightpoint Mona’s role is to extend the reach of Ross Freedman, Rightpoint’s CEO. She runs multiple strategic companywide initiatives with the ultimate focus on growth. Additionally, Mona drives the cadence and content for business, operational and strategic reviews.
Prior to being acquired by Rightpoint, Mona spent her time establishing and running the Global Engagement Leadership practice within TandemSeven. Here she led large scale engagements for: J.P. Morgan; McDonald's; Kellogg; Associated Bank; Humana; Allstate Insurance, Avery, BB&T, Redbox, Wilmington Trust and United Airlines.
