Madlene is leading the Project Management Operations at Rightpoint, managing 35 project managers across all of our offices. She is responsible for career growth, staffing, utilization and onboarding. Madlene has extensive experience in integrated Digital Marketing. While her focus has always been on project management, she also managed development, creative and UX teams. Her expertise is business operations, team management, process assessment and implementation and risk management.
Prior to joining Rightpoint, Madlene was SVP, Director of Delivery Management at Racepoint, Director of Operations at Cambridge BioMarketing and VP, GM/PMO at Cramer Productions and lastly VP, Associate Director of Delivery Management at Digitas. These positions gave Madlene a wide range of experience working with a variety of B2B and B2C companies.
