Joseph Lee VP, Digital Operations Services

Joseph Lee currently serves a dual role as the National Practice Lead and Solution Area Leader for the Managed Services Practice. As the practice lead, Joseph is responsible for service delivery, client satisfaction, team management, and practice management. As solution area lead, Joseph is responsible for defining and developing Rightpoint’s Managed Services service offering through a deep understanding of our client’s critical support needs, continuing platform enhancement, and continuity. Working with the executive management team, Joseph provides operational leadership for the Rightpoint technology practice group.

Prior to his tenure at Rightpoint, Joseph was the Director of Managed Services at a Managed Services Provider in Chicagoland. He lead a large practice with multi-tier cross functional teams comprising of 24X7 Network Operations Center, Service Desk, onsite/dispatch, technical account managers and professional services team.

As an Award winning executive, Joseph has been recognized by as top executive, entrepreneur, expert, coach, and community leader within the Managed Services space. Joseph’s passion for Service Management has lead him to pursue advance certifications in the ITIL framework. Joseph applies his 17 years of progressive experience in IT, consulting and service management to build exceptional teams with pragmatic approach and best breed tools to delivery Rightpoint Managed Services.
