Annicka is a marketing strategist and researcher with a background in Anthropology. As the Director of Rightpoint’s Research practice, she leads a team of researchers who are united by a deep curiosity about people, as well as the economic and cultural forces that shape our world. She has a passion for developing mixed-method research insights that are easily translated into clear, actionable opportunities for Rightpoint’s clients. She believes that great customer experiences begin with a deep understanding of people.
Annicka has worked in advertising, marketing and consulting over the course of her career. Her most recent title, Director of Decision Sciences at Starcom (Publicis Groupe), focused on using research insights to better connect media, creative, and technology teams. Prior to that role, she led Sapient's Global Social Insights Practice, delivering innovative social research programs to clients across industries. She has particular experience with clients operating in the insurance, automotive, and QSR industries.
