The design and technology teams reinvented, modernized, and consolidated three outdated intranet sites. Jason Sears is the head of technology for Rightpoint's Chicago office. Sears is an enthusiastic cloud solution architect with over ten years of experience in front and back-end architecture and development, with seven years of experience migrating client workloads to Azure. He was the original architect for the Loblaw fl!p intranet, and has remained involved as we've grown the experience together.

As Director of Content and Community for Loblaw Companies Ltd., Jen is part of a core team responsible for flip, the company’s award-winning digital workspace. Specifically, she leads content strategy, editorial and internal social for the site. Jen nearly 25 years of experience as a communication professional. Prior to joining Loblaw, she held a variety of internal and external roles for IBM Canada, and has worked for several communication agencies.

Trusted to deliver by teammates and stakeholders alike, a leader who does the work, flexible-but-steadfast, customer-focused, generous in sharing knowledge, and an expert in her field. Kelly helped lead the fl!p voice of the user research with Loblaw that informed decisions to create the optimal experience for all colleagues.

Tim is a broad-based creative thinker who connects people to experiences. With diverse background in advertising, branding, and digital experiences, he always keeps the user at the center of the solutions in clients ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 100. Tim helped build the design practice at Rightpoint, a Genpact Company, over the past decade where he has been responsible for hiring, mentoring, and growing it from a team of one into the industry-leading group it is now. Today, Tim creates experiences that improve the overall employee experience at every touchpoint utilizing customer experience strategies to develop internal communications sites, modern workplace, and other digital tools for some of the world’s most recognized brands.
