Businesses of all shapes and sizes have been faced with an unprecedented need to change – to pivot to experiences that deliver on the changing expectations of consumers and employees. We’ve also seen a rapid acceleration of the convergence of physical and digital worlds. Trends that have rumbled in the background for decades have instantly become the “new normal”.
Today, leaders across industries are moving quicker to ignite new ways to deliver digital experiences and considering ways to replace (or at the very least augment) physical experiences and create moments that feel familiar and discoverable. New patterns are emerging. Today’s experiences become tomorrow’s customer expectations.

VP, Head of Design
Visual design has the power to inspire, to empower and to help brands stand out, even in the busiest retail or digital spaces. Tom would know. He’s used design to help build and extend well-known brands (Kelloggs, Caterpillar, JCPenney, AT&T, and Abercrombie & Fitch, to name a few) over his 20 years in the industry.
As a Senior Group Creative Director and National Practice Lead, Tom will continue to build out the rapidly-growing Design team, help to evolve Rightpoint’s creative capabilities, and partner with clients to deliver innovative business solutions and impactful customer experiences. He’s also led the charge on the recent launch of Rightpoint's rebranding and site redesign.
