The Opportunity

Enlivant (formerly Assisted Living Concepts) is an assisted living provider with communities in 18 states across the country. When Enlivant contacted Rightpoint, then known as Assisted Living Concepts, they were in the midst of creating a new national brand and restructuring their entire organization to evolve into a more progressive, forward-thinking version of itself. At the center of this reinvention was a new website and digital marketing strategy.

The Insight

Enlivant sought to increase their inbound leads and created an aggressive goal to bring website leads from 0 to 80% of all inbound leads by the end of 2014. Additionally, the debut of Enlivant’s new brand was planned to be by way of the new website launch, and the go-live date was approaching, quickly.

The Solution

After a few scoping sessions, the path was clear: Enlivant needed a new content management system (CMS) that would allow them to easily scale as their marketing engine evolves, a fresh design to reflect the company’s new modern approach, and a healthy dose of digital strategy to tie it all together. Ensuring content management was efficient and streamlined was also important; Enlivant needed a responsive design that would be functional across all platforms and operating systems, including mobile.

The Result

Exactly seven weeks from the initial engagement meeting with Enlivant—scope, design, development and testing included—Rightpoint delivered a responsive design website using Sitecore and Microsoft Azure as the customer experience management platform. Rightpoint architected the solution in a way that allows Enlivant to be successful today, and easily scale in the future as they grow and mature without a huge time or cost investment.

Some new features include:

  • Responsive design supports six desktop browsers, two tablet formats, Android and iOS, as well as standard mobile handheld systems.
  • Web forms that automatically route to the respective community. To allow for timeline lead identification and sales follow-up.

  • Scalability to easily integrate with other internal systems, analyze data and fully take advantage of Sitecore’s Digital Marketing Suite.

  • Modern visual design to accurately represent Enlivant’s new brand with a focus on user experience.

Not only was the inflexible and aggressive go-live date met with a very tight timeline, the project was delivered within budget.
