For more than 20 years, Vaiva has worked internally as an HR professional and as an external consultant at both small and large organizations including FCB, Huron Consulting Group, Deloitte Consulting and Jellyvision. Her expertise spans areas including employee training and development, change management, performance management, leadership coaching, process development, improvement and implementation, communication, and assimilation. Vaiva has helped companies to achieve honors including "Best Places to Work" by Chicago Magazine and the Optima Award for Innovation in Human Resources by Workforce Magazine. She has also been recognized as an HR expert, with articles published in HR journals including Strategy and Leadership and Innovative Leader.
