Ron Scheuman is an experienced and pragmatic leader with a unique background in technology and operations.  Ron has over 20 years of experience, 16 of which are in the technology consulting industry.  He brings leadership expertise to the firm and his deep understanding of the unique needs of the services and technology business make him a valuable asset to the Rightpoint team.  As an accomplished executive with a proven track record, Ron applies a logical and practical perspective in creating and developing solutions. He enjoys defining and improving operational efficiencies to increase productivity and implementing the right technology to support the process.

Ron is a hands-on leader with integrity and he makes business decisions that result in balancing profitable growth of the business and employee career goals.  He strives to empower individuals and cultivate employee involvement by assigning full ownership of specific business areas.  This results in a high degree of accountability and success.

Ron has a strong background with Start-Up as well as domestic and international organizations.  Prior to joining Rightpoint, Ron was part of an executive team that grew an IT consulting firm from five to 450 employees and annual revenue from $200k to $60M.
