CHICAGO - October 25, 2011 - Vaiva Vaisnys has joined Chicago-based Rightpoint, a new breed digital consulting firm, as the firm's Director of People Potential.

Vaisnys brings over 15 years of experience in HR and Change Management in both small and large companies.  Most recently, Vaisnys worked as an external HR consultant for a variety of companies through her independently owned firm VHR Consulting, Inc.  Vaisnys was previously the Director of Human Potential at Draftfcb, one of Chicago's largest advertising agencies. Prior to that, she served as a Director in the Human Resources department at Huron Consulting Group.  Vaiva also held positions at Deloitte Consulting and Jellyvision, Inc., an interactive media company.

Vaisnys' deep HR expertise spans areas including employee training and development, leadership coaching, change management, performance management, process development, improvement and implementation; communication and assimilation.  Vaisnys has helped some of the companies with which she as worked to achieve honors including "Best Places to Work" by Chicago Magazine and the Optima Award for Innovation in Human Resources by Workforce Magazine.  Vaisnys has also been recognized as an HR expert, with articles published in HR journals including Strategy and Leadership and Innovative Leader.

Vaisnys earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University.
