Rightpoint Creates Collaborative Sales Portal for NutraSweet

Information Sharing and Blogging Capabilities Improve Sales Collaboration Among Partner Companies

AT Chicago, IL ON Sunday August 30, 2009

Rightpoint, a leading management and technology consulting firm, announced today that it has completed the design and implementation of a collaborative sales portal for The NutraSweet Company. Created as an extranet to bring together the sales forces of two sweetener giants; The NutraSweet Company and Domino Foods Inc. the portal was designed using a customized Microsoft SharePoint infrastructure.

The sales portal features an easily accessible, secure document library, which houses product updates, news, documents, selling tools and legal approvals and other important product and customer information. In addition, an integrated blogging experience provides information sharing among the sales teams and a separate "Ask a NutraSweet® Question" blog provides an open forum for sharing knowledge and providing anecdotal information.
