Rightpoint builds innovative website for @properties

Rightpoint announced today that it has launched a new, innovative website on behalf of its client @properties, Chicago's fastest growing real estate brokerage firm. With significant technology enhancements including easy and efficient neighborhood searching and personalized pages to store saved favorite properties and searches, the new website is set to raise the bar within the real estate brokerage industry.

In addition to its high-end visual photography and compelling copy, the site includes additional new features, all aimed at improving the overall online user experience:

  • Quick Search gives customers the flexibility to search the entire MLSNI database by an MLS ID, street address, or zip code.
  • Multi-select Neighborhood Search allows customers to search multiple neighborhoods at once in a single unified search interface.
  • @home Agent is a personalized area of the website that allows customers to save previous searches, save their favorite properties, and receive emails on properties that match their search criteria or reflect recent changes to their favorites.
  • The Open House Navigator integrates with Google Maps technology and combines property search results with information on open houses helping customers plot the most efficient routes for visiting their potential homes.
  • An Agent Connection is quickly made when a customer decides at any time to speak with an @properties agent. The system knows which agents are in the office at all times and routes the customer's information to the next available agent.
