So everyone by now have heard about and/or used AJAX enabled applications and frameworks (Google Maps, GMail, new Yahoo mail, .NET Atlas, etc.) but some think that next version of Ajax in the web applications development would be the framework referred to as Comet or Reverse Ajax. Unlike the traditional Ajax where the request is originated from the client browser this new technology allows to originate the communication from the web server (to the client's browser).
