Since 1998, Jason Fields has been immersed in the ever changing digital world, and shaping the game for his clients digitally. Initially as Vice President of Account Services & Production with Rightpoint, he consulted Fortune 500 clients on globalization, internationalization and translation for the web. He focused on device and user behavior to determine the right digital solutions against business goals and he instituted personalization strategies leveraging big data against marketing automation tools to create customized user experiences. With Fields’ support and leadership, the agency acquired a revenue increase of 150% annually and increased the account services staff by 400% over three years. Most notably, Fields created company-wide metrics and tools to analyze standardize and improve accuracy of contract pricing, team performance and speed to market.
Today, as Senior Vice President, Digital Strategy for Rightpoint, he is globally responsible for counseling and guiding clients on the right course of action within the digital space to meet their business objectives. Overseeing Digital Strategy, Fields works with a team of tenured professionals focused on business, content, measurement, analytics, social and technology exposing clients to best practices and modern digital approaches. As the head of the Los Angeles office, Jason provides leadership in regional growth opportunities as well as oversight in the delivery of work within the market.
