Ross S. Freedman is a Director and Co-Founder of Rightpoint. Ross is an entrepreneur and a recognized leader in the IT field. Ross' career has been focused on helping clients increase revenue, reduce cost and gain competitive advantage using a combination of technology, process improvement and industry expertise. Throughout his career, Ross has consulted with more than 100 different clients ranging from large Fortune 500 companies to middle market firms and small closely held partnerships to improve their information technology and business operations.
Ross has extensive experience in developing and executing IT roadmaps, advising clients on customer relationship management issues, implementing sales, marketing and service best practices, managing complex user-centered website and Intranet initiatives and improving operational efficiency by leveraging technology.
Ross began his career in the Advanced Technology Group of Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting practice. At Andersen, Ross provided IT solutions to various multi-national companies and government agencies. After several years with Andersen, Ross left to fulfill his passion to "start something from nothing" by forming Wired Matrix with partner, Brad Schneider. Wired Matrix provided middle-market companies with business-driven software solutions, web applications and customer portals. Wired Matrix merged with a spin-off of Andersen in 2002, where he co-led its Customer Solutions Practice. He left to form Rightpoint.
At Rightpoint, Ross works with clients to improve their business using technology. Due to Ross' extensive IT and business experience, he is often involved in merger & acquisition transactions - helping private equity and venture capital firms assess target companies.
Ross graduated from the University of Wisconsin with Bachelor's in Business Administration and Information Systems.
