Jon J Oestermeyer is a Director at Rightpoint. Jon is a recognized leader in application architecture and development. With over 10 years of experience across a broad range of industries, Jon is uniquely equipped to assess varied technologies to solve business pains. He is also an expert in eCommerce platform selection and development having completed 15 implementations spanning industries, technologies and company size.

Throughout his career, he has developed a partnership approach to client relationships to ensure the solutions provided align with IT strategy and business goals. As the technical architect on multiple projects, Jon has developed integration strategies with ERP platforms, third party applications and customer facing websites ensuring that the needs of the business drive the solution.

Jon began his career in the Advanced Technology Group of Arthur Anderson's Business Consulting Group. In 2001, he left Anderson to join Wired Matrix with Ross Freedman and Brad Schneider. Wired Matrix provided middle-market companies with business-driven software solutions, Web applications and customer portals. Wired Matrix merged with an Andersen spin-off in 2002, where he co-led the firm's technology group within the Customer Solutions Practice. He left in 2007 to form Rightpoint.

Jon graduated from Valparaiso University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and from Keller Graduate School of Management with a Masters in Business Administration.
